Subject	timing belt whining/whinding

Message	can someone please help me before my motor blows, bought a motor and it looks as it had new pullys and all that 60k stuff done. but when i put the motor in and started it up it started whining and wouldnt go away, COULD it be that the timeing is off, or COULD it be becuase of the pully tensionar someone please help me out before somtihng bad happens thank you
