Message	i managed to make a set of cobalt bits worthless (broke two, but the rest just aren't cutting anymore) getting out 3 of the 4 bolts. i'll have to go get another set to finish the last bolt and clean up the other 3 holes. unfortunately the heat shields on the precats look like they'll make it impossible to get a nut between them and the bolt hole. maybe if i removed them i could do it, but i tried to remove two screws on the covers (one on each side) and they snapped too. i am thinking i might need to re-tap and/or helicoil them. i have a feeling this won't be easy, but i guess we'll see. andrew davidoff
