Message	I am creating a fuel cell for my engine, and I need to attach it to an area under vacuum. If i remove my EGR, plug the vacuum line for the valve itself, as well as plug the hole in the exhaust, do the two metal pipes that go between the plenum and the valve draw vacuum? with this it kills two birds with one stone, that is if it works. Input would be very greatly appreciated, for I would like to put my engine back into my car (just did a fresh rebuild)
