:an orange wire from the ECU which supplies ground to trigger both those relays and allow power to the coils and injectors...You could try grounding the orange wire and see if the car starts..it probably will and will shut off once the ground is removed. The 2 smaller wires should be grounded through the ECU once the key is turned on..to allow the car to start... ok i tried this still no change but i also put the ecu to this car into another 90 na and the car ran fine so i know the ecu is good. i also jumped across the relays and i got the power to the injectors and coils but i know it wont run like this since there is no way to switch the inj on and off since i have bypassed the ecu entirely with this. i also checked the continuity of that orange wire to the ecu and it is good. on the fuel injector relay the orange wire has continuity to the ecu and the white/black wire opposite of it has continuity to one pin of the injectors. also when i jumpped the relays i got the fuel pump to turn on as well. anymore ideas? also i found a relay or where a relay is supposed to go behind the drivers fender that was jumpped by the owner without the jumper the starter wont enguage but i dont know if the trigger wires not being connected have anything to do with my problem.
