I'll try to keep it short. For a few months, I've noticed a small amount of smoke emanating from the rear of the engine, near the battery. A lot more smoke was present after a hard run. After searching around the engine bay a bit, I think it's time to replace the valve cover gaskets. Here's the deal. I have very little mechanical experience. I change my own oil, brake pads, fuel filter, and other minute things like that. Do you guys (and gals) think this job (plenum pull, etc...) is within my abilities? I've done a lot of searching and have found a few tutorials on the subject, but if there are some far-reaching complications of which I am not aware, I suppose I'll cough up the $700 to have the job done by a more competent mechanic. Thanks, -Zachary Lindsey
