Subject	Clutch pedal clicking when fully depressed????

Message	i noticed today a slick click when i push the clutch pedal down all the way, i took a peek and noticed a little switch that has a button on it and that's what is making the clicking noise b/c the top of the pedal is pushing the button in, any idea what this is?
