Okay, my car smokes grey(LOTS) only when driving(load on engine)
When sitting and idling, there is no smoke at all.The motor is Rebuilt, and compression is good and even across all 6(170psi) I reused the injectors because they all ohm'd at 12.4 ohms I also unwisely reused the turbos....maybe the problem? I am running a TOMEI ECU, that came with the car... I am using A JDM engine that I rebuilt, using the injectors that came on the engine... original engine is long gone... I don't know what size injectors the ecu is setup for though... The smoke doesn't really have a smell.....no coolant or oil smell anyway.. I tried another stock ECU I have, and it didn't fix the problem... Any other ideas? I just finished installing the engine yesterday...Maybe some vacuum lines are hooked up wrong? I deleted the EGR, TB coolant lines, aiv's, etc.... Only code I have is code 34(knock sensor). I will put the 1k ohm resistor in there later to see if that fixes the problem... What could it be? ----------------
