Message	First of all i don't know if all these problems are related or singled out but heres what i've got. the electric cooling fan is on and stays on when the car is on running or not as long as the key is on. i have replaced the larger sensor on the front coolant pipe and checked to make sure the ecu is running properly, it is. the speedometer wont get over 30mph no matter what. the transmission isn't shifting when it is supposed to, it hesitates. could all this be realated to a faulty speed sensor? if so where is it? I'm open to suggestions. thanks guys!
