At the moment the turbo and intercooler is mounted in location, its all just a mock up for fitment so far but looking good...I need to make a couple more brackets for the intercooler and a general clean up of the rest of the brackets. Firstly the air flow sensoe was cut out and sanded to fit the new radius of the 4" intake pipe, i used epoxy to hold it in location and then followed with sealant to keep it air tight, i had to re-seal the top section of the sensor because i had to remove the top lid to take out the sensor element. One picture shows i have plenty of room for my 4"x5" air filter. I will be wraping the turbo's turbine and down pipes to help contain the heat. The turbo wont be running as hot as if it was bolted to some cast headers, this as well as water injection should help to keep intake temps down.
