The nearly free and/or should be done - plenum water hose deletion/bypass - if you have the plenum off, I'd grind the injector areas so you can change injectors as needed later without having to remove plenum again or grind when installed - valve cover gaskets/resealing - change every coolant hose left that there is - PCV valves - remove and clean Aux air and IACV assembly internals and test to ensure are working - clean all connectors and associated part terminals - steering rack bushings if they are at all worn - inspect the power steering hoses - check the oil cooler hoses condition - clutch, rear main seal, front & rear trans seal, shifter bushings, trans mount if needed -replace any harnesses that are questionable -timing belt if anywhere close to time - clean engine bay - pan gaskets/seals a little extra cost but now's the time - add downpipes as there's no better time (change o2's if questionable) - detail and refinish plenum if you are heading for "the look" - EBC as it's a lot easier to plumbing the actuator lines and remove the old factory stuff with engine out - eliminate HICAS if you intend to. At this point you can strip out all the plumbing and replace with an N/A pump
