Did the Ohm testing. All the injectors Ohmed out at 11. I haven't opened the IACV since the idle is stable. The Idle Speed adjusts appropriately when the IAC% is manually adjusted with the ConZult software. I'm not sure what an IACV problem would have with the cold timing advance. Hesitation could occur if there is an excessive air leak through the IACV causing the A/F ratio to become too lean.
