Message	Greddy user's manual, and yes I know which wire is what and I wrote it on my post, LOL. And I already tested the gauge, connecting the orange and red wires together : it works. My question is : why should I connect a permanent +12V on a no-memory gauge ? Am I missing anything ? I'm pretty sure there's more risk to fry something by connecting an unwanted permanent power than the opposite. In the past, I connected both power wires of my radio to a permanent +12V, just to use it with the ignition off, and it discharged the battery b/c the power amp was always on.
