I finished the install of my AMS udp tonight and was installing the belts when I ran into a major configuration problem. The AMS udp has a 3 rib "front" pulley, used to drive the P/S pump (all the sections on the pulley are 3 rib). The belt Z1 sent (all the belts) are 3 groove belts. The pulley on the P/S pump is only 2 rib. So, the 3 groove belt will not fit on my P/S pump pulley...what the hell?? Why do aftermarket parts always have problems like this??? Anyone know why the design was changed from the OEM crank pulley, which has a 2 rib P/S section? What next?
