Message	areas that you dremelled? Do you think that as long as there is not a hole in the plenum that the thickness is OK? I also would have used the 1/4" sanding drums; although they may not be very fast (and will load up), they make a great radius shape and will not dig in too fast (less chance of breaking through the plenum).
