How many would be interested in bring back this Wilwood BBK back to z32 and s chassis? this kit is no longer in production but we have spoken to the creator about purchasing the the design. this is a kit that fits under stock z32 wheels and twinturbo wheels mounted in the front. Pricing would be near the cost of stoptech 2pc BBKs the specs: 300ZX Custom Big Brake Kit for Stock Rims This is a bolt on kit that fits under the Z32 stock 16" rims, both 7.5” and 8.5” widths. So those of you running TT rear rims up front will not have any clearance problems either. A stock 300TT will stop from 60 mph in ~ 126 feet - a couple of times before starting to over heat. We have tested our 2 wheel kit from 60 to 0 over 15 consecutive stops at an average of only 109 feet! We have tested our 4 wheel kit from 60 to 0 over 15 consecutive stops at a average of only 105 feet! This was with Bridgestone RE71 tires, not race rubber! Front Kit Includes: 2 WilwoodTM Billet SL6R 6 Piston calipers, radial mount, differential bore with anti-rattle plates (ThermLockTM Pistons available, extra charge) 2 6061-T6 aluminum-mounting hats with high temp black anodized finish 2 12.5”x 1.25” (317.5mm x 31.75mm) heat-treated, vented and slotted race rotors 2 6061 T6 aluminum mounting brackets with helicoils 1 set of Wilwood Polymatrix Q compound brake pads (street/light track use – other compounds available, other brands available) Aircraft quality mounting hardware Rear Kit Includes: 2 WilwoodTM IRGT 4 Piston calipers, radial mount differential bore with anti-rattle plates 2 6061-T6 aluminum-mounting hats with high temp black anodized finish and INTEGRATED parking brake drum <-----------------------!!!!! 2 12.5”x 1.25” (317.5mm x 31.75mm) heat-treated, vented and slotted race rotors 2 6061 T6 aluminum mounting brackets with helicoils 1 set of KFP Magnum Blue compound brake pads (street/light track use. WilwoodTM only offers A,B and C compounds for this caliper. All of which are full race pads) Aircraft quality mounting hardware
this is NOT the Arizona z BBK which does NOT fit under stock wheels and does NOT have a built in parking brake. This kit does fit under tt wheels mounted up front, and does use the integrated parking brake. the front kit would run about $2100 and the rear kit would run around $2200 depending on how many kits produced.
