I've had it on my "to-do" list to do a full repaint of my Z for several years now. Gotta love procrastination. However, I'm also torn on the color issue. I'm not looking to make a drastic change (like black to red), heck no. But I'm thinking what about a more 'subtle' change. One option is to keep it 100% original (GL1 Onyx). Another is to try one of the other factory black colors (eg. KH3 Super Black). And the other option is try black with a twist. By that I mean adding some metallic flake of... something. Red? Blue? Ideally I'm thinking an end result of something like a "black cherry", but not too red, not too blue, not purple. Of course the other option is leave it as is. However, like most cars over time you accumulate various flaws: rock chips, scratches, dings, etc. I've just been living with them all these years so far.
