Subject	first HP upgrades

Message	I just got a Jap 1989 right hand drive 2+2 Twin turbo all stock and would like some ideas on what to do first. Have been told to start with cat back exhaust, new single air filter abd a ecu chip upgade.any ideas? Also is it better to remove the cats?
