basically another facet I was wanting to know, how break-prone is that setup? The car is not daily driven, and only sees high rpms now and again on the freeway. For the immediate future I could handle a setback in the sub $1k range anything over 750-800 would be not good but overcome-able since I have a DD. I thought about selling them at first but I will be getting a couple of substantial raises before year's end as well as a promotion (raise #3) in the next 12 months. So I will be at a good position to handle this stuff in the not so distant future. So I'd really hate to just end up re-buying something I already had in my possession. Are you saying that if I can successfully get the parts put in myself, that the ECU job plus tuning will certainly run over $800? Aside from a professional tuning, which I imagine the car will have to be taken to Dallas to get done, what else will I need to shell out cash for? This wont be happening before summer's end but since I am no longer budgeting for ZCon, I can put it into my budget starting now to be able to get it done before Xmas if it isnt going to be too much.
