Subject	Sell Complete or Part Out, which would get more cash?

Message	I am selling my n/a and looking to purchase a TT. Anyway, My 90 n/a with an a/t has 200K on the clock, and rust in the normal spaces, overtop the rear fenderwells, and back bottom of the rockers. Everything that I could sell off it is in good shape, doors, fenders, t-tops, almost flawless cloth interior, hatch, hood, bumpers, lights etc. But because of the rust on the rear fenders, the mileage and the auto, I don't know how much I can get out of it. Which will generate the most cash for a downpayment on my new TT! Also, feel free to tell me what I might get out of it as a whole.
