Message	sometimes you turn down a decnet offer thinking you can get a bit more...but then nobody comes around with an offer. I say take the first offer its usually the best, plus then its gone and you dont have to worry about it anymore(advertizing, making appointments for people to come see it) thats just my imput anyways
