Subject	Lower Control Arm Ball joint removal

Message	TT.net Team... I have removed both front lower control arms to replace the ball joint, but there seem to be a part that dont want to come out (see Yellow circle). How do i take out the spacer that go around the ball joint???? do i have to use a press for this too???
