There are some videos on youtube people posted, you can get a pretty good idea what they look like. They look bright even in the day time, so you can imagine at night. To be fair, I never messed around with the dimmer switch though and I was always at max brightness. What turned me off in particular was how bright the digital climate control box was and how the light looked inside of it. The pod lights are really tiny bulbs, so the flat bulb-less LED replacement has a similar spotting issue as the main cluster when not using a bulb inside there. Overall just didn't feel like the brighter pods were adding anything for me, where the brighter main cluster lights did feel like an improvement to the experience at night.
