I settled on the Phillips 4000k warm white LED. Looks stockish but brighter. I do get bright and dark spots though. I just assumed that's the way it is going to be. I also added a dimmer for just the gauges. Helps at night since my other lights are all stock. While I was at it I ran an ignition wire to the cluster lights so they come on with the key like a modern car. Helps in bright sun and tunnels. Needed to add a relay so they still come on with the switch too. Yes, I'm a picky bastard about my lighting.
