| They are excellent. Mine has 12k mlles on it now and the other is still new around 3200 miles. Ive changed the oil twice with m1 0w20 full synthetic. The splash shield is 2 bolts and something like 14 plastic clips that have to be removed to access. It is still a traditional spin on filter. The oil lower plan is plastic so initially I was worried about over tightening and stripping it out. I bought a small torque wrench to tigheten the plug... which it turns out was a waste of money. I have no idea how anyone could over tighten it enough to break it.. I can barely reach the torque spec by hand let alone with the torque wrench and by the time you do I feel like its overtightened .. just change the copper gasket every time and snug and its good no leaks. The CVT lugs only sometimes and doesn't bother me at all. It gets around 30-32mpg on the highway which is good enough IMO and has plenty of torque and power to maneuver through the perils of Detroit highway traffic. There is sooo much room in the back with the seats folded down.. Ive fit a new induction stove back there.. sheets of plywood... 4 golf bags all kinds of crap with zero issue. Just waiting for Nissan to put a Hybrid or something more efficient in the frontier OR pathfinder.. as that will likely be my next daily in 2027..maybe 2028 latest .
