I'm local in Phoenix, AZ as well. https://zircotec.com/ is the best. Swain is the 2nd best. Better than both, is not an applied coating, but rather an Inconel heat shielding. If you are not road racing it's not worth it. For normal & spirited driving driving, coating is fine to help reduce temps. I woudl 100% still use the stock manifold heat shields. I have not personally used AZ Custom Coatings, but I have heard good things about them. I use KingPin Coatings (Formally Element Coats). I believe many/most of the local Import tubular manifold companies use KingPin (Future Fab, JDL, Full-Race, etc). On the couple of tubular manifolds I have made, the Cerakote is still holding up perfectly. I did heat dissipation on my EFR compressor covers as well. I sold that setup some time ago though. I only have one picture of a down pipe with a coating on it: https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=2936989213080389&set=a.430067867105882
