Message water injection system. I even had the "fail-safe" module, but it didn't do its job. When I investigated further, I discovered that the module wasn't designed with fail-safe engineering principles (my background is in electrical controls).

The other issue is you can't guarantee even distribution of water to each cylinder unless you can plumb into each runner. And to get consistent delivery, you essentially need it to work more like a multi-port fuel injection system where the pump is always running and you have 6 injectors that are being pulsed to deliver the correct amount of fluid.

To be honest, if you have access E85, I wouldn't bother with water injection.
