Message	Rumor has it this is one reason that all of our insurance rates have been going way up. Seems sort of a socialist type of plan that spreads the cost across all vehicle owners, rather than just penalizing those that will actually cost the company more. If this is true, it's no doubt encouraged by the government. btw, the "time of use" electricity plan sounds great, but FPL does not offer such a thing.
