would need to be cut back there. Pretty big... Seems really sketch but there is a ton of empty space to work with underneath the car. I know an old mechanic who is an extremely skilled fabricator who I would trust to do a good job welding in some kind of new spare well box. My current thought is to just make a new square spare well box out of stainless steel and then have it welded in. Here is the sharpie outline of the 18inch Enkei over the factory space saver.
