Is that base/clear paint? How did you do the lettering? As far as the Z33 calipers, the rotors bolt on, but the dust plate must be trimmed or removed (might be able to just bend out of the way). The mounting bolt holes are bigger on the Z33 calipers. You can either use a threaded insert to "shrink" down to the Z32 size, or you can drill out the knuckle to use the larger size bolts. Only drawback to drilling out is if you eventually want to return to using the original calipers.
