Message	Assuming (and these are big assumptions) fueling is good, no boost leaks and anything else mechanically questionable, it may be an overly conservative tune with the ignition timing. Boost control is only one piece of the end result. Another big question - who did your tuning? There’s a wide array of tuners out there. - Aaron
