Most often, the CHRA hot side is coked to death on the Z32 units. My guy does them with 360 deg thrust bearings and bored up oil return ports for around $400 CDN kopeks. He blames the coking on high crankcase pressure in the 300zx. I just take the CHRA in, saves the cost of him pulling the turbos apart. This time I took in 7 and will get 6 back due to one having housing and shaft damage. RH turbo that had a clogged supply line… If you are re-using your oil supply lines, I’ve found that putting them through an ultrasonic cleaner to be helpful in making sure they are clear.
