Message	Totally agree with the finger pointing that occurs when things don’t work right. I’d have no issue subjecting it to testing with the “noisey” ballasts. The problem with that is finding the noisey variety. Mr. Selin’s post I read said that he estimated only ~5% actually fell into that category. I also have the side of someone else has already validated issues with noisey HID ballasts. So it’s not that it would a shocker to anyone if there were issues if a car is equipped with eBay HIDs.
