Due to the movement and vibration of the tensioner, they tend to come loose if not enough tension is on the belt. You can also remove the bolt completely if you extend the tensioner all the way, this tends to be just enough tension on the belt." I thought you always remove that bolt to allow to max hyd tensioner travel. First time I've heard/seen this to loctie in place. Thoughts??? Sounds like a Chinese instructions from Ikea furniture.
