Message	power steering it is stamped made in Korea, ordered from Amazon. Noticed the belt cord along each edge went from some length exposed then some length covered with rubber? I called Bando Tech at their main office he looked at their on hand stock and said their all like that and normal but couldn't not explain why. Comments appreciated ZUL8TR
