So those wheel sizes are very similar to the gt2860rs and the gtx2860 gen2, but they are stuffed into a smaller housing. The compressor housing with a bigger (80) a/r than the previous gen gt525 looks pretty similar in spec to the gt2554 housing. And the exhaust housing looks pretty similar to a machined stock housing - I can't tell what it is from without doing some homework. They also state that the are using the Gen2 billet wheels.... So based on all that, I would believe their claims that 1) it spools really nicely, 2) it makes better power across the full range than the previous gen gt525 3) that it makes a torquey 450 rwhp on pump and 4) that it has similar reliability to the previous gen. And it wouldn't surprise me to see numbers around 600 ish on corn. It will be limited at the top end relative to a sp700/gt2860rs or any of the gtx turbos, but I would guess that it makes nice torque and power down low and makes for a fun street car... Looking forward to seeing some dynos...
