Clutch Master Cylinder, slave cylinder, fresh fluid, well bled, pedal adjusted correctly, etc? When my master cylinder on my NA started going out, it would drive OK cold but the pedal would start picking up a bit lower when it warmed up and the clutch got quite grabby and drove like crap. I also recall some posts from Specialty Z years ago about improper pedal adjustment causing clutches to slightly slip, heat up, and perform poorly.
