Message	something up to have 13%. I'd talk to the owner (very nicely) and explain your tests and concern about their product. Explain that word gets around among car guys about ethanol content of the local stations. They should correct this issue. Then you will have a close source for what you need. In my experience, 80-82% is about the best you can hope for at a station, and that works great.
