and decide to just snip the wire to kill it, the climate control becomes much slower to respond to cabin temps to lower the fan speed. I suppose the cabin temp sensor is in there and just gets heatsoaked from the roof sitting in the sun, leaving the AC blowing full speed even after the cabin has actually already reached the desired temp.
