The warranty was "lifetime" per the owners manual but the parts are NLA and the dealership doesn't owe you anything. Typical 10 year NHTSA is all that applies in real life. None of the regulations or statutes administered by NHTSA require manufacturers to provide a lifetime warranty for seat belts.
