Last weekend I was able to go spend some time with the new Z (thanks to Nissan North America) and even got to go for a ride along out on some great Tennessee backroads. Whether you like the looks of it or not, I really encourage you to check it out once they become more readily available. The speed and handling blew me away, even only riding as a passenger. It honestly reminded me of the first time I rode in an R35 GTR back in 08/09. The car felt way more capable than my 08 Nismo (yeah I know it should after so many years, but still)...thoroughly impressed. Butt dyno indicated it's a seriously quick car...and a little birdie says that it puts down ~385whp, so I think Nissan may have been sandbagging with the HP figure. Again, regardless of how you feel about the styling, we should be glad that Nissan is building this and still cares about people who love to drive. This may be the end of the line for an ICE Z car. Anyways, enjoy the photos!
