Message dry test all of them w. the upper manifold on place. If they all torque to 15 ft/ lbs. Leave the rest alone. The more you replace the more you risk that something goes crooked or gets fouled up. The material is plenty strong for 15lbs, if you have threads ripped out its from using the wrong tools and over torquing the fasteners.
