This is the "Covercraft five layer all climate soft back". That's what's on there paperwork that came with the car cover. It does have a four year warranty but not against fading. And I stand corrected from the earlier question whether it's waterproof. Right under the limited warranty it states that these fabrics are not waterproof- all are breathable to allow moisture, condensation, and heat to escape from under the fabric. I think water resistant would be a better description.
