I can only speak for about 10,000 of those miles - while I've had my fun, I only occasionally abuse the car. Being the originaly owner I bought the car from was in his 40s when he got it, and seemed to be a casual driver, I suspect it's lived a fairly tame life for the first 116k. Factory boost until 125k, then 14-15 through last season. Nothing special with cooldown - just wouldn't boost hard on it for the last 5-10 minutes of the drive. I do get oil pooling in the PS turbo (saw turbine wheel was grimy when I did my downpipes). Initial part of a drive burns it off within a few minutes, then it's clean. Someone once told me once the smoke persists, it's time to shut 'em down.
