We preheated our bodies in a 200 degree F sauna, then ran out side nude when it was minus 100 deg F to run around the South Pole (literally, I was in Antarctica, and yes there is an actual Pole there). We were outside less than two minutes, then ran rapidly back inside to the sauna. Had to wear shoes to protect the feet from running on the ice, but otherwise in the buff. Not for those with a weak heart, as your body was suddenly exposed to a 300 degree temperature difference. The 300 Degree Club has been called the most exclusive club in the world, albeit one few would want to join, jajaja.
