Message	If you need to ask these questions, and you can't/won't/don't want to wrench on the car yourself...then find a cleaner unmodified car... It is hard enough to find capable experienced help to work on a clean car, let alone to fix up someone else's project. In the long run you will save money buy paying a bit more for a cleaner start....
