Message	Fog light ducts: Can they be installed after the front bumper is on? Can the white fog light housing be removed after the turn signal is removed ( bumper on ) like when removing the fog lights from within the turn signal access? Or does the front bumper need to be off in order to remove that fog light housing. ` 1990 NA 1993 TT
