Message	He is still performing repair work but he has what sounds like a very large backlog. I sent my cluster in to him towards the end of June and I reached out for an update a week ago. He apologized for the abnormally long delay and wrote that in about a week he would be getting caught up and that his regular job has been demanding his attention since things have opened up again. Good work is worth the wait.
