Subject	magnaflow catback exhaust impressions?

Message	'90NA. stock exhaust was getting rusty, so I popped for the magnaflow, and I have to say I'm not thrilled. its quite bit louder than I was expecting and has an annoying buzz or resonance between 2000-2600 RPM under acceleration. On top, the slotted slip fit joints leaked like crazy until I sealed them up with copper permatex. I think I have it pretty well sealed up, did the shop vac test, and only getting what seem to be small leaks at the flanges- could it new leaking more under actual use? should the shop vac test be close to perfect? am I just being picky? the cat pipes seemed to be in good shape, but I didn't take off the guards, but the shop vac test didn't seem to indicate any leaks there. should U keep looking for leak, or is this how its gonna sound? not sure if this should go in tech or general. thanks-
