Message	one with the pigtail connector with it so you can wire it up cleanly. I spliced it into power on the overhead console. There are many different options like dimmer controls, compass, etc. I just got a cheap basic unit. I just glued my directly to the windshield instead of figuring out how to use the mount from the Z that connects to the overhead console. Make sure that you get the windshield mount is included if you go this route. Lastly try to get a newer one as Homelink upgraded their unlock codes in which case you need to also to buy another device to place in your garage to convert the signal. Luckily I already had one of these devices for another older car of mine.
