| used for that matter. Around 5 to 10 years ago a friend of mine bought an Ashpec product from a reputable vendor. This "Where's Ash" thing has been going on forever, and it was online where the posts were saying to buy from a reputable vendor because Ash is unreliable. He got the part he was looking for but had issues with it, either on install or during usage. He contacted the vendor and they unfortunately couldn't assist him, so they told him to get in contact directly with the supplier (Ash)
He emailed and called Ash for months, finally gave up. His project car sat for years as a result. Never buy an Ash product, neither new from Ash, a vendor or used. Even if you do happen to get it in hand, when it comes time to get support you will be looking at another battle to getting in touch with him.
